Return Policy for Havyn

Thank you for shopping with Havyn. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Final sale items
For hygiene reasons, all socks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale items, gift cards, and items marked final sale are also not eligible for return.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

How to start a return
Open your order confirmation email and select “View your order”.
Click “Start a return” and follow the steps to submit your request.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your bank to process it.
