What are your shipping options and delivery times?
Orders are processed and shipped from Burnaby, BC, Canada. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing time. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping, with the exception of the USA at this time due to current import tariffs. We’re working on making Havyn available in the U.S. soon—stay tuned! Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Duties and taxes are not included.
What is your return and exchange policy?
All sales are final unless the item is defective. If you receive a defective product, please email info@shophavyn.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
What size do Havyn socks come in?
Our socks are available in one size, designed to fit US women’s shoe sizes 5-10.
