What are your shipping options and delivery times?

Orders are processed and shipped from Burnaby, BC, Canada. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing time. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love your Havyn pieces. Sleepwear can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition. Socks are final sale for hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@shophavyn.com with your order number and a photo — we’ll take care of it.

What size do Havyn socks come in?

Our socks are available in one size, designed to fit US women’s shoe sizes 5-10.

What is the difference between V1 and V2 Grip Socks?

V1 is our original design with all the core comfort and functionality Havyn is known for. V2 includes upgraded features like improved grips, anti-pilling combed cotton, and embroidery designs on both sides of each sock. Both versions are high quality, but V2 offers a few thoughtful enhancements based on customer feedback.
